Soli Deo Gloria literally translated into English is “to God alone glory.”
This is often rephrased as “to the glory of God alone.” It speaks of the highest mission of mankind to do everything, whether in work or in worship or in play, to the glory of God alone.
This should be all mankind’s ultimate goal.
